三位一体康复模式对脑卒中患者生活质量及睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨三位一体康复模式对脑卒中患者生活质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2017年4月期间94例脑卒中出院患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组予以早期康复治疗干预,观察组予以医院-社区-家庭三位一体康复模式,疗程6个月。分别在干预前后检测脑卒中量表(NIHSS)、独立生活能力指数表(BI)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的变化。结果干预6个月后,两组NIHSS评分均较前下降(P0.05或P0.01),且观察组评分较对照组低(P0.05);两组BI评分均较前上升(P0.05或P0.01),且观察组BI评分较对照组高(P0.05);两组PSQI评分较前下降(P0.05或P0.01),且观察组评分较对照组低(P0.05)。结论采用三位一体康复模式干预治疗脑卒中患者康复效果佳,能明显改善生活质量与睡眠质量。

Effect of trinity rehabilitation mode on quality of life and quality of sleep in stroke patients

Objective To investigate the effect of trinity rehabilitation mode on quality of life and sleep quality in patients with stroke. Methods 94 cases of stroke discharged from June 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with early rehabilitation intervention, and the observation group was given a hospital-community-family trinity rehabilitation mode. The intervention lasted for 6 months.Changes of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), Barthel Index(BI) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were measured before and after intervention. Results After 6 months of intervention, NIHSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than before (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the NIHSS score in observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of BI in both groups were higher than before(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the BI score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the PSQI score in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention with trinity rehabilitation mode show better effect on stroke patients and can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep quality.
