Abstract: | Objective Analyze the clinical effect of implementing refined nursing during the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 40 neonates with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects, Take a random number table and divide them into 2 groups, each with 20 newborns. The neonates in the control group were given routine care Intervention, the neonates in the study group were given refined nursing intervention, and the treatment effects of the two groups of neonates and the occurrence of complications during the nursing period were compared. Results The overall clinical efficacy of neonates in the study group was significantly higher than that of neonates in the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of neonatal complications in the study group was 10.00%, and the total incidence of neonatal complications in the control group 30.00%, the incidence of neonatal complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The fine nursing intervention for newborns with respiratory distress syndrome has a good therapeutic effect. The clinical symptoms are significantly improved, the incidence of complications during nursing is reduced, can ensure the safety of newborns, It is widely recognized in clinical practice.
