脊柱短缩与脊髓功能关系的研究进展

脊柱截骨短缩术是脊柱外科常用的一种术式,其能将局部神经压迫解除,缓解局部疼痛,促进神经功能改善。随着脊柱截骨术的应用越来越广泛,手术安全性、疗效也相应提升,但其可能引起的脊髓损伤一直是医学领域尚未解决的难题。脊髓损伤会削弱脊髓功能,并引起运动能力下降、感觉功能异常等症状,严重时甚至造成完全性截瘫,对患者日常生活影响非常大。目前,医学研究中关于截骨短缩术的影响、安全范围均未形成统一标准,仍存在较多争议。为了进一步明确脊柱短缩与脊髓功能的关系,本文就此作一综述。
