摘    要:目的:研究冬青科植物毛冬青茎的化学成分.方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH -20柱色谱及反复重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,利用核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析确定化合物结构.结果:从毛冬青茎的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为ilexgein A(1),ilexsaponin A1 (2),ilexsaponin B1(3),ilexsaponin B2(4),β-谷甾醇(5).结论:化合物1~5均为首次从毛冬青茎中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Ilex pubescens.Method:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.Result: Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and EtOAc fractions.They were obtained and their structures were identified as ilexgein A(1),ilexsaponin A1(2),ilexsaponin B1(3),Ilexsaponin B2(4),β-sitosterol(5).Conclusion: All of the five compounds were firstly isolated from the stems of I.pubescens.
