太极通天口服液治疗血管性头痛的临床观察

目的观察太极通天口服液治疗血管性头痛的疗效。方法 92例血管性头痛患者分为治疗组(52例,应用太极通天口服液)与对照组(40例,应用颅痛定),连用2个疗程,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为90.38%、75.00%,P<0.05。治疗组的止痛效果、每次头痛持续时间、每月头痛发作次数、头痛伴随症状等改善较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论太极通天口服液具有服用方便、副作用小、临床疗效明显等优点,可在临床广泛推广应用。

Observation of Tai Ji Tong Tian oral solution on vascular headache

Objective To observe the effect of Tai Ji Tong Tian oral solution on vascular headache.Methods Ninety-two patients with vascular headache were divided into Tai Ji Tong Tian oral solution treatment group(n=52) and Rotundine control group(n=40).The effect of two groups were observed comparatively after two courses.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 90.38 % and 75.00 % respectively,P<0.05.The pain relief,duration of each headache,monthly headache frequency and symptoms concurrent with headache of treatment group improved better than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Tai Ji Tong Tian oral solution is a convenient dosage form with less adverse effect,and it is worth spreading in clinical practice.
