| 摘 要： | 目的观察高能聚焦超声（HIFU）联合介入化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的近期疗效。方法31例晚期胰腺癌给予HIFU治疗，同步给予介入化疗。结果31例患者均可评价疗效，临床受益指数达到93．5％。肿瘤体积变化CR1例、PR9例、NC18例、PD3例。1、2年生存率分别为85．3％、51．5％，中位生存期16．8月。结论HIFU＋介入化疗方案治疗中晚期胰腺癌痛苦少，临床受益指数高，生存期延长，无明显的不良反应。
