| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高氧液体疗法预防腹腔镜术后低氧血症的疗效。方法：随机将68例腹腔镜手术后患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用高氧液体疗法，对照组按常规普通输液。结果：治疗组(输氧康组)35例与对照组(普通输液组)33例疗效的差异有显著性(P＜0．05)。结论：高氧液体疗法预防腹腔镜术后低氧血症，促进康复有明显效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore therapeutic result of hyperoxygen on hypoxemia after laproscopy. Method: 68 cases had beendivided randomly into therapeutie group and control. In thcrapeutic group, we accopted hyperoxygen therapy. Result: Better ther-apeutic result was found in therapeutic group. Conclusion: Hyperoxygen can prevent hypoxemia after laproscopy, improve theirconvalescence. |
