我院手术室腔镜规范化管理的方法及效果

目的探索腔镜规范化管理的有效方法及效果。方法成立腔镜专科小组,培养专科护士;制定腔镜使用管理制度和操作规程;规范腔镜器械的清洗、消毒程序。结果主刀医师对腔镜专科护士术中配合的满意度较非腔镜专科护士显著提高(P<0.01),手术切口愈合率明显提高(P<0.01),实现了有效而彻底的消毒灭菌目标,缩短了腔镜手术接台间隔时间。结论建立规范化、程序化的腔镜管理模式,严格实行感染控制监测,拓展了手术室护理工作的范围,提高了腔镜手术的医疗护理质量。

The practice and effect of standardized management of endoscopes in operation room

Objective To study the means and effect of standardized management of endoscopes,Method A specialist endoscopic nurse team was set up to train specialist nurses,formulate management regulations and procedure of endoscopes,standardize the procedure of cleaning and disinfection for endo- scopic equipment,Results As a result,the doctors showed more satisfaction to specialist nurses during the operation(P<0.01)and the wound healing rate was improved obviously(P<0.01).This practice ensured the endoscopes to be disinfected effectively and thoroughly,and shortened the interval of endoscopic surgery(P<0.01 ),Conclusions This practice standardized the management of endoscopes in operation room,strictly monitoring infection control,and improved the quality of medical care of endoscopic surgery.
