| 摘 要： | 目的 观察阿托伐他汀联合苯那普利治疗 2 型糖尿病并发冠心病的疗效.方法 将梅州市人民医院心内科收治 106 例 2 型糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组单纯应用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组采取阿托伐他汀联合苯那普利进行治疗,治疗 1 年后对比两组患者情况.结果 观察组各项观察指标均显著优于对照组,(P＜0.01),具有统计学意义.结论 联合用药疗效显著优于单纯应用阿托伐他汀,可于临床治疗中推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of the treatment of atorvastatin combined benazepril for type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods Divided 106 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted to Meizhou City People’s Hospital Cardiology Department randomly and average into control group and observation group,the control group was given simple atorvastatin for treatment,the observation group was given atorvastatin combined benazepril for treatment,compared the situation of two groups after 1 year treatment.Results The observed indicators of observation group were significantly better than control group,P < 0.01.Conclusion The efficacy of combination therapy is significantly better than the simple application of atorvastatin,can be widely applied in clinical treatment. |
