| 摘 要： | 目的 进一步查清燃煤型氟中毒(地氟病)在秭归县的流行现状及强度，客观评价防治措施落实情况，考核防治效果，科学指导防治实践。方法 按《湖北省地方性氟中毒重点调查方案》中规定的方法和标准在全县四层病区中随机抽取4个调查点进行调查。结果 通过实施多年的改灶降氟工程，病区儿童氟斑牙患病率、尿氟值、食物氟含量等多项指标呈显著下降趋势，已低于病区划分标准。病情得到有效控制。结论 以改灶降氟为主导的综合防制措施是防治该病最经济、最科学、最有效的措施，建立经费支持机制、加强科学规范管理、开展积极有效的监测是落实各项防病措施发挥最佳效益的根本保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate current characteristics of Fluorosis in Zigui county,to find out questions and elliminte the fluorosis. Methods Basic precept and standard investigation of endemic fluorosis in Hubei Province. Results The practice of improving stove the consistency of fluoride in urine, the content of fluoride in food, the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis of children all decreased. The fluorosis under control in Zigui county. Conclusions The measure of improving stove is a scientific, economical and the best way to decrease fluorosis. |
