| 摘 要： | 观察中药，针灸和穴位注射联合应用对视神经萎缩的疗效。方法：应用中药，针灸和穴位注射方法对不同类型的１０８例视神经萎缩进行了治疗、对治疗前后的视和和视野改变刊物了比较，并对治疗效果与相关因素的关系进行了研究。结果：治疗病例中好转１１３只眼，无效２１只眼，有效率８４．３％。结论：中药，针灸和穴位注射联合应用是治疗视神经萎缩的有效方法之一；治疗效果与发病原因，病程等因素有关。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, point-injection in the treatment of optic atrophy METHODS: One hundred and eight (134 eyes) patients with various optic atrophy were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, point-injection, The changes of visual acuity and field of the patients were compared before and after, and the relations between effect and causes of optic atrophy were analyzed RESULTS: One hundred thirteen eyes (84 3%) of the treated patients improved, and twenty-one eyes were ineffective CONCLUSIONS: The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine , acupuncture and moxibustion, and point-injection was one of effective methods in the treatment of optic atrophy The clinical effect related to causes and course of optic atrophy |
