生长抑素与奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血120傻临床疗效

目的探讨奥曲肽与生长抑素治疗肝硬化上消化道m血的疗效及不良反应。方法选取2011年2月～2012年2月我院收治的120例肝硬化上消化道出血患者，其中61例给予奥曲肽治疗，59例给予生长抑素治疗。观察两组的止l札效果及不良反应。结果奥曲肽成功止血54例，有效率为88．5％，其不良反应率为6．6％；生长抑素组成功止血52例，有效率为88．1％，其不良反应率为8．5％。两组之间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥曲肽与生长抑素均为治疗肝硬化L消化道出血有效安全的药物，可广泛使用。

Efficacy of octreotide and stilamin in treating upper digestive tract bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of octreotide and stilamin in treating upper alimentary tract hemorrhage causing by liver cirrhosis. Methods Sixty-one patients were treated with octreotide; while 59 patients were treated with stilamin. Results Fifty-four patients in the octreotide were cured,The effective rates of octreotide group was 88.5%, the in cidents of side effects was 6.6%; 52 patients inthe stilamin were cured,The effective rates of stilamin group was 88.1%, the incidents of side effects was 8.5%; There were no significant statistical differences between the two groups in efficacy and side effects （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Octreotide and stilamin are effective and safe in the treatment of upper digestive tract bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis.
