甲基睾丸素在药物流产中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨甲基睾丸素对缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间的疗效。方法将75例妊娠49d以内的妇女随机分为两组即观察组和对照组,观察组行药物流产胚囊排出后加服甲基睾丸素,对照组行药物流产胚囊排出后只加用益母草冲剂,以观察阴道出血时间结果观察组与对照组完全流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但平均阴道出血时间,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论甲基睾丸素具有缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of methyl testosterone treatment in shortening the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods 75 cases of gravida whose pregnancy within 49 days were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Methyl testosterone was added after Embryo sac discharge in observation group.And motherwort medicine was added after Embryo sac discharge in control group.To observe whether there was a dominant difference duration of vaginal bleeding between observation group and control group,to analysis the efficacy of methyl testosterone treatment in shortening the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Results Complete abortion rate was 95.24% in observation group,complete abortion rate was 90.91% in control group,there was no significant difference(P 〈0.05).But the average duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was significantly gelower than the avera duration of vaginal bleeding in the control group.There was a significant difference(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Methyl testosterone can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.
