过期妊娠合并羊水过少对分娩结局的影响

目的探讨过期妊娠并羊水过少分娩结局的临床特点及干预措施。方法分析42例过期妊娠并羊水过少和98例过期妊娠羊水正常产妇的临床资料,比较两组分娩结局。结果过期妊娠羊水过少组剖宫产;围生儿宫内窘迫、吸入性肺炎、窒息、死亡明显高于羊水正常组,两组比较具有有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论过期妊娠对并羊水过少母儿的影响严重,属高危妊娠,加强对其认识,定期检查,适时结束分娩,可改善预后,最好在延期妊娠时,即给于恰当处理来终止;同时可适当放宽剖宫产指征。

Influences of the Overdue Pregnancy Coexisting Oligohydramnios on Parturient Sequence

Methods Analyzing the clinical information of 80 lying-in women with overdue pregnancy coexisting oilgohydramionos and 180 with overdue pregnancy but normal amniotic fluid,Comparing the parturient sequence of the two groups. Results Overdue pregnancy coexisting oilgohydramionos groups with cesarean section, vatinal midwifery; The perinatal fetus of the oligohy dramnion groups＇ fetal distress, aspitation pneumonia, suffocation, death rate are higher than those of amniotic fluid nomal groups, The two compared group with obvious differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overdue pregnancy coexisting oilgohydramionos have serious influence on mother and infant which belongs to high-risk parturition, enhance the awaremess, inspect periodically, end parturition timely, improve prognosis, It is better to end in a proper way during the overdue pregnancy, at the same time relax the indications of cesarean section appropriately.
