Ⅱ型糖尿病负性情绪及其影响因素

目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病负性情绪状态及其影响因素，方法：采用Zung抑郁、焦虑自评量表，测度子68例Ⅱ型糖尿病患抑郁及焦眠评,贫时调查了空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbAic)、并发症，化水平对其的影响。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患抑郁、焦虑评分明显高于国内常规模组，血糖控制不良，有并发症以及化水平低，其抑郁、焦虑评分显高于相应对照组。结论：Ⅱ型糖尿病患存在明显的负性情绪，血糖控制状况、并发症、化水平及其有重要影响。

Study on Passive Moods and Its Possible Determinants in Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes

Objective　To explore passive moods and its possible determinants in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods　With Zung's psychological self-scale questionnaire,the scores for depression and anxiety were obtained in 68 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.The data of FBG,HbAic,complications and education were also collected.Results　The scores for depression and anxiety in patients were significantly higher than the norms.The marks for depression and anxiety in patients with poor control of blood glucose,complications and low-level education were significantly increased than in patients without corresponding abnormalities.Conclusions　There are obvious passive moods in the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Control status of control of blood glucose,complications and education level might have profound effects on the moods.
