某干休所离休干部不良生活方式及对健康需求调查分析

目的了解离体干部的不良生活方式、健康知识与行为及对健康教育的需求，指导其调整改变不良生活方式，改进健康教育方法，从而有效地防治疾病。方法采用问卷法进行调查，然后进行统计学分析。结果吸烟（85．71％）、经常饮酒（32．74％）、多盐高脂饮食（75．00％）和少食水果（61．90％）是该人群中存在的主要不良生活方式。该人群能够较好地遵循和执行医护人员的指导（85．71％），正确使用治疗药物（76．19％），对教育方法的需求具有多样性，最受欢迎的方法是个别指导（91．07％）。结论建议加强不良生活方式的干预，改进健康知识与行为及健康教育知识的宣传教育。

Analysis on the Bad Life Styles of the Retired Veteran Cadre in Sanatorium and Health Education to the Demand Survey

OBJECTIVE Try to understand the bad life styles of retire the cadre, health knowledge and behavior and health education to the needs, so that guide to adjustment lifestyle change, improve health education method, effective prevention and cure of diseases. METHODS According to questionnaire investigation, then the statistical analysis. RESULTS Smoking （85.71%）, drinking alcohol （32.74%）, much salt high fat diet （75.00%）, less food fruit （61.90%） is the existing in the crowd of major adverse way of life. The crowd to better follow and carry out of the medical staff guidance （85.71%）. The correct use of drugs accounted for 76.19% of the demand of education method with diversity. Education method to the needs of a diversified, the most popular way is individual instruction （91.07%）. CONCLUSIONS We should suggest to strengthen lifestyle intervention, to improve health knowledge and behavior and health education knowledge propaganda education.
