针刺治疗中风感觉障碍188例临床观察

目的　观察针刺治疗中风感觉障碍的疗效。方法　采用头针和体针相结合治疗 188例 ,观察治疗效果及治疗前后血液流变学、脑血管血液流速变化。结果与结论　总有效率为 96 %。治疗前后高切速全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,低切速全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积具有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,治疗前后大脑前动脉、中动脉、后动脉血液流速具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,椎动脉、基底动脉具有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。说明针刺改善了患者血液的粘、凝、聚、浓状态 ,能改善大脑的血液循环

Clinical Observations on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture on Sensory Disturbance due to Apoplexy

Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on sensory disturbance due to apoplexy. Method Scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture were combined to treat 188 cases. The effect and changes in hemorheologic indices and cerebral blood flow rate were evaluated after the treatment. Results and conclusion The total effective rate was 96%. There were significant differences in high shear whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen ( P <0.05), very significant differences in low shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit ( P <0.01), significant differences in blood flow rate in anterior, middle and posterior cerebral arteries ( P <0.05), and very significant differences in blood flow rate in vertebral and basilar arteries ( P <0.01), indicating that acupuncture improved blood viscosity and coagulability and cerebral blood circulation in the patients.
