脊柱后路减压加融合内固定术治疗腰段退变性侧凸

目的分析退变性脊柱侧弯的临床特征及后路减压椎间融合椎弓根钉内固定的临床效果。方法收集我院2004年12月至2007年12月收治的20例症状性腰椎退变性侧凸病人的临床资料，4例行单纯后路减压，14例行后路减压钉棒内固定横突间植骨或椎间植骨术，2例行后路减压椎间融合器融合钉棒内固定术。结果所有病例均随访半年以上，植骨融合，无内固定物松动、断裂。手术后病人术前症状大多消失，间歇性跛行未再出现，仅1例遗留轻微腰痛症状，治愈率为95％。结论脊柱后路减压加融合内固定手术在治疗腰椎退变性疾病中有良好的效果，是一种值得推广的手术治疗方法。

Posterior decompression and fusion with pedicle screw internal fixation in degenerative scoliolosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical feature of the degenerative scoliolosis and effect of the treatment that posterior lumbar decompression and intervertebral bone fusion with pedicle screw internal fixation in degenerative lumbar scoliolosis. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases with degenerative symptomatic lumbar scoliolosis from Dec. 2004 to Dec. 2007 were collected,of which 4 cases with posterior lumbar decompress, 14 cases with posterior lumbar decompression interterbral or intervertebral implanted bone fusion with pedical screw internal fixation, 2 cases with intervertebral bone fusion with pedical screw degenerative underwent posterior lumbar decompression. Results All patients were fellow up more than 6 months ,and intervertebral bone fusion were solid. All patients x-ray didn＇t show the interplantations clinical and breakage. Clinical symptoms and intermittent claudication were effectively disappeared with 1 patient expressed little lumbago. The cure rate was 95%. Conclusion The technique of posterior lumbar decompression and intervertebral bone fusion with pedicle screw can be safely performed in degenerative symptom lumbar scoliolosis.
