| Abstract: | Based on the experience of General Hospital, P.L.A., comprehensive targeting evaluation system was designed. The practice, experience and effectiveness of comprehensive targeting evaluation system in General Hospital, P.L.A. were introduced. The important conditions of applying comprehensive evaluation were leader promotion, total participation and scientific evaluation system. |
