炮制对芍药甘草汤影响的研究

摘    要:
实验结果表明,白芍各种炮制品不会降低芍甘汤中甘草次酸的煎出。各种芍甘汤均有不同程度的抗小鼠醋酸扭体作用,而炙甘草煎液无此作用;热板法镇痛实验.各种芍甘汤及炙甘草煎液均未呈现阳性结果;对戊巴比妥钠灌胃小鼠均有一定程度的镇静作用。

Abstract:
Experimental results show that various kinds of processed white peony roots (Radix Paeoniae Alba) do not reduce the content of glycyrrhetinie acid in Shaoyao Gancao decoction, all kinds of this decoction show varying degrees of analgesic effects in mouse body-torsion test with acetic acid injection, but processed-liquorice decoctions don't; in the mouse hot-plate test, all kinds of Shaoyao Gancao decoction and processed-liquorice decoction present no positive results but show some degree of sedation in the mouse gastroclysis test with pentobarbital sodium.
