脑血疏口服液治疗急性大脑中动脉供血区脑梗死的临床效果及安全性

目的研究脑血疏口服液治疗急性大脑中动脉供血区脑梗死的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2017年12月我院收治的122例急性大脑中动脉供血区脑梗死患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同将患者分为对照组及观察组,各61例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组采用阿司匹林肠溶片+脑血疏口服液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后的NIHSS、Barthel、MMSE评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的NIHSS、Barthel及MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分降低,Barthel及MMSE评分升高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑血疏口服液治疗急性大脑中动脉供血区脑梗死的效果显著且安全性高,可修复患者的神经功能损伤,提高患者日常生活能力及认知水平,值得临床应用推广。

Clinical effect and safety of Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the blood supply area of middle cerebral artery

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the blood supply area of middle cerebral artery.Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the blood supply area of middle cerebral artery admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 61 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets+Naoxueshu oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,scores of NIHSS,Barthel,MMSE before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of NIHSS,Barthel and MMSE between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NIHSS score of the two groups decreased,scores of Barthel and MMSE increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxueshu oral liquid has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the blood supply area of middle cerebral artery.It can repair the neurological function damage,improve the ability of daily life and cognitive level of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
