尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞对脑血管内皮功能、氧化应激指标及脑神经功能的改善情况

摘    要:目的分析尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞(ACI)对脑血管内皮功能、氧化应激指标及脑神经功能的改善情况。方法回顾性分析我院收治的150例ACI患者资料,按用药方式分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组给予依达拉奉,观察组给予依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林。对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的ET-1、TXB2、Lp-PLA2、8-OHdG水平及NIHSS评分均降低,GSH-Px、CAT水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗ACI,可显著降低脑组织氧化损伤程度,改善血管内皮功能和脑神经功能。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the improvement of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on endothelial function,oxidative stress indexes and neurologic function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The data of 150 patients with ACI admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the way of medication,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given edaravone,and the observation group was given edaravone combined with urinary kallidinogenase.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of ET-1,TXB2,Lp-PLA2 and 8-OHdG and NIHSS scores of the two groups reduced,the levels of GSH-Px and CAT increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone in the treatment of ACI can significantly reduce the degree of oxidative damage of brain tissue,improve the function of vascular endothelium and brain nerve.
