| 摘 要： | 目的观察椎弓根钉内固定、后路减压植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法2003年1月-2008年6月我院对23例腰椎滑脱病人采用椎弓根钉固定复位,辅以椎板切除减压,椎间或（和）横突间植骨融合。结果23例平均随访18个月（6-36个月）,根据Nakai评分标准,临床效果优18例,良4例,可1例;优良率达95%。结论后路固定融合术是治疗腰椎滑脱症的有效方法。彻底的减压、有限复位滑脱的椎体,充分的椎体间、横突间植骨融合是影响患者术后疗效的主要因素。 |
