白细胞介素16启动子区基因多态性与江西汉族人群哮喘的关系

摘要] 目的 探讨IL-16启动子区-295T/C基因多态性与哮喘的关系。方法 采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应(AS-PCR)及测序方法，检测76例哮喘患者，73例正常人IL-16启动子区-295T/C基因型。结果 哮喘组人群IL-16 启动子区(-295T/C )TT,TC,CC基因频率分别为61.8%,32.9%,5.3% ；T,C等位基因频率分别为78.3%、21.7%。正常组人群IL-16启动子区(-295T/C )TT,TC,CC基因型频率分别为61.6%,35.6%,2.8%；T,C等位基因频率分别为79.5%,20.5%。两组比较差异无显著性（p>0.05）。结论 江西汉族正常人群IL-16启动子区-295T/C基因多态性分布频率与日本人群相似；IL-16启动子区-295T/C基因多态性与江西汉族人群哮喘无相关性。 关键词] 白细胞介素-16 基因多态性 哮喘

Association of a promoter polymorphism in the Interleukin-16 gene with asthma in Han nationality in Jiangxi Chinese population

Objective: To investigate the association between the -295T/C promoter polymorphism in the IL-16 gene and asthma in Han nationality in Jiangxi Chinese population. Methods: Allele Specific-PCR and Sequence Analysis were used to establish the genotype and allele frequencies of the -295T/C promoter polymorphism in Han nationality in Jiangxi Chinese population, which included 76 asthmatic patients, 73 nonasthmatic controls. Results: In asthmatic patients, the genotype frequencies were 61.8%(TT), 32.9%（TC）, 5.3%（CC）, and the allele frequencies were 78.3%（T）, 21.7%（C）. While in nonasthmatic controls, the genotype frequencies were 61.6%(TT) , 35.6%（TC）, 2.8%（CC）, and the allele frequencies were 79.5%（T）, 20.5%（C）. No significant difference in the genotype and allele frequencies of IL-16 gene polymorphism was found between asthmatic patients and nonasthmatic controls （p>0.05）. Conclusion: The genotype and allele frequencies of the IL-16 -295T/C gene polymorphism in healthy population of the Hans from Jiangxi province of China were similar to those in Japanese population; The IL-16 -295T/C promoter polymorphism is not associated with asthma in the Hans from Jiangxi province of China.
