股动脉-股深动脉人造血管旁路移植术患者的护理

目的探讨股动脉-股深动脉人造血管旁路移植术患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2011年9月至2013年1月在丽水市中心医院血透室实施股动脉-股深动脉人造血管旁路移植术的15例维持性血液透析患者的临床资料,总结其护理方法。结果 15例患者中,透析使用该通路时间最长者为15个月,最短者为1个月,透析3~4次/周,共透析500多例次,血流通畅,动脉搏动良好,透析时血流量均达250~300ml/min。所有患者随访至今均存活良好,无感染,人造血管通畅无闭塞,下肢感觉运动正常,行走自如。结论良好的穿刺技巧及系统性股动脉-股深动脉人造血管旁路移植术的护理,对延长人造血管的使用寿命,保证透析的效果、改善患者生活质量和延长患者寿命具有重要的意义。

Nursing Strategies in Artificial Vascular Bridge between Femoral Artery and Deep Femoral Artery

Objective To explore clinical nursing strategies and puncture skills for protecting artificial vascular between femoral artery and deep femoral artery.Methods Puncture skills and nursing strategies were concluded on 15 maintenance hemodialysis patients whose blood flow passage were artificial vascular bypass between femoral artery and deep femoral artery from September 2011 to January 2013 were retrospective summarized and analyzed.Results The 15 maintenance hemodialysis patients had undergone more than 500 hemodialysis treatments for 15 months. The artificial vascular worked very well.The blood flow was smooth and the arteriopalmus was regular and blood flow volume during hemodialysis was 250-300 ml/min. There is no infection and thrombus or any complication in the artificial vascular.Conclusion Good puncture skills and nursing skills for artificial vascular between femoral artery and deep femoral artery were very important for prolonging the lifetime of artificial vascular and making sure the effect of hemodialysis fine. It is also of great significance to improve the life quality of patients and prolong their life.
