健康传播在抗震救灾工作中的作用

“5．12”四川特大地震发生后，灾区存在着发生公共卫生问题的多种风险因素。健康教育工作者对灾民的健康教育需求进行紧急分析，编写、设计、制作了以折页、挂图等形式为主的多种健康传播材料。震后20d进行的问卷调查和小组访谈显示，灾民对这些传播材料普遍反应较好。有关饮食安全、预防传染病的材料最受欢迎。根据实践中发现的问题，建议在灾民临时居住点配备流动宣传车，应组织对社区骨干的培训，可在人群中开展公共卫生知识竞赛、表演健康主题的文艺节目。平时即应注意收集相关资料和信息，提高处理突发事件的能力。

The role of health communication in earthquake disaster relief

After the May 12 Wenchuan Earthquake, there existed many health risk factors on public health in the disastrous areas. The health educators of the Health Education Institute, China Centre for Disease Prevention and Control analyzed the health needs of the disaster victims immediately, and design and develop a lot of health communication materials, mainly in the forms of pamphlets and posters with different contents. Twenty days later questionnaire survey and focus group discussion showed that the disaster victims reacted positively to these materials and that the materials about food safety and prevention of infectious diseases were most welcome, h was suggested that loudspeaker vans be provided in the temporary residential quarters, training for the community key members be organized, quiz on public health problems be held, and art performance be given with health as the theme. Relevant information should be collected regularly and the ability to deal with emergent events should be improved among the health educators.
