补肾方治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭64例临床观察

目的观察补肾方治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将110例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组56例予常规西医治疗,治疗组64例在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾方,6个月后观察2组左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)、左心室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)、二尖瓣血流舒张早期流速(Ve)和心房收缩期流速(Va)比值(Ve/Va)及左室射血分数(LVEF),同时观察6min步行距离(6MWD)、恶性心律失常(室性心动过速+心室颤动)发生率及心脏性死亡发生率。结果治疗组治疗后LV-EDVI、LVESVI、Ve/Va、LVEF及6MWD与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗后恶性心律失常发生率与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组低于对照组;2组心脏性死亡发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论补肾方治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效确切。

Effect of the traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney on left ventricular remodeling in the patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney on left ventricular-remodeling in the patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 120 patients with CHF were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in control group（n=56）were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=64）were treated by the traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney except routine therapy.LVEDVI,LVESVI,Ve/Va,LVEF,6MWD,the rates of malignant arrhythmia and the rates of heard mortality was measured after six months.Results LVEDVI,LVESVI,Ve/Va,LVEF,6MWD and the rates of malignant arrhythmia after treatment in two groups were improved（P0.05）.But the improvement in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group（P0.05）.There was no difference between two groups on the rates of heard mortality after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney can improve left ventricular-remodeling in the patients with congestive heart failure.
