Abstract:Phosphodiesteras(PDE) can degrade cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP).PDE inhibitors can reduce the activity of PDE,thus weaken its ability to degrade cAMP and cGMP.There are different PDE isozymes in different parts of the body,so different subtypes of PDE inhibitors have different effects on the body.This article reviewed the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of different PDE isozymes and their inhibition,in order to provide reference for the research and development of new drugs for related diseases.
