Abstract:
Objective To analyze the role of antimicrobial medication management in the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,200 patients were admitted to the hospital as observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was routinely treated with antibacterial drugs(100 cases),and the observation group was treated on the basis of antibacterial drug management(100 cases),and its effects were analyzed.Results The unreasonable rate of medication types in the observation group was 0.00%,the rate of unreasonable dose of medication was 0.00%,the rate of unreasonable timing of medication was 1.00%,the rate of unreasonable administration method was 0.00%,and the rate of unreasonable combination medication was 1.00%,which was lower than the control group's 6.00%,5.00%,7.00%,5.00%,8.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.190,5.130,4.690,5.130,5.700,P<0.05).The use rate of single antibiotics in the observation group was 67.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(χ2=9.820,P<0.05);the use rate of triple antibiotics in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.000,P<0.05);In the control group,the use ratio of dual antibacterial drugs was 29.00%and 39.00%,which was not statistically significant(χ2=2.230,P>0.05).In the observation group,the infection rate of type I incision was 0.00%,the infection rate of type II was 0.00%,and the infection rate of type III was 1.00%,which was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.080,5.130,4.690,P<0.05).Conclusion The management of antibacterial medication has a significant effect in the clinical rational use of patients,and it can reduce the irrational use of antibacterial drugs and the use of combined antibacterial drugs.
