推进专业人才培养 强化医院学科建设

学科建设直接反映着医院的学术地位、整体水平及医院自身在医疗市场上的竞争能力。现代医疗体系下,医院要完善学科体系建设、提升自身医疗服务水平,就必须注重专业人才的有效培养。该文在阐述专业人才与医院学科建设内在关联的基础上,就医院学科功能及建设内容展开分析,同时基于专业人才培养视阈,指出医院学科建设的基本策略。期望能实现高素质、高能应用型医疗人才的培养,进而在保证医院学科建设水平的同时,促进我国医疗卫生事业的有序发展。

Promoting the Training of Professional Talents and Strengthening the Discipline Construction of Hospitals

Discipline construction directly reflects the hospital's academic status,overall level and the hospital's own competitiveness in the medical market.Under the modern medical system,hospitals must focus on the effective training of professional talents if they want to improve the construction of the discipline system and improve their own medical services.On the basis of expounding the internal relationship between professional talents and hospital discipline construction,this paper analyzes the hospital discipline function and construction content,and at the same time,based on the professional talent training perspective,points out the basic strategy of hospital discipline construction.It is hoped that high-quality,high-energy application-oriented medical personnel can be cultivated,so as to promote the orderly development of our country's medical and health undertakings while ensuring the level of hospital discipline construction.
