Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined With Levonorgestrel Intrauterine Birth Control System in the Treatment of Uterine Bleeding and its Effect on Vitamin A,E

Objective To analyze the efficacy of mifepristone combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system in the treatment of uterine bleeding and the effect on vitamin A,E.Methods A total of 100 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were admitted to the hospital for treatment from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into different groups according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the research group was treated with mifepristone combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system.The endometrium thickness,menstrual volume,hemoglobin concentration and vitamin A,E level in early follicular stage were compared between the two groups,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups,and the adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the menstrual volume,early follicular endometrial thickness of the study group was lower than the control group,and vitamin A,E level of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the hemoglobin concentration was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the probability of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with levonorgestrione intrauterine birth control system was applied to patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and the clinical effect was significant.It could regulate menstrual volume,early follicular endometrial thickness,vitamin A,E and hemoglobin concentration,and would not aggravate adverse drug reactions.
