中医导引术预防和辅助治疗肿瘤的相关研究进展

中医导引术以儒、道家等传统哲学思想为理论来源,结合古人养生保健的经验,不断得到传承与发展的传统功法,并且经过几千年的总结,以天人合一为中心思想,派生出如八段锦、五禽戏、太极拳等运动功法,通过“导气令和,引体令柔”达到疏通气血经络、颐养性情、强身壮体、调节心肺循环的疗效,收到广大群众的欢迎。而近年来中医导引术更是逐渐成为临床研究的焦点,并得到了广泛的应用。此外,经过多年的临床研究发现,中医导引术对防治肿瘤以及针对手术、放化疗后调理具有独特的作用,本文就近年来对导引术的概述以及防治肿瘤方面研究进展进行了综述。

Advances in the Prevention and Adjuvant Therapy of Tumor by TCM Physical and Breathing Exercise

TCM Daoyin(TCM physical and breathing exercise)is based on the traditional Confucianism and Taoist philosophy,combined with the ancients'experience in health care,traditional Chinese medicine methods have been continuously inherited and developed.After thousands of years of summarization,taking the unity of heaven and man as the central idea,many exercises had derived,for example Taichi,Five-animal exercise and Eight-brocade exercise.Through guiding qi movement to make it harmonize,guiding body to make it flexible,TCM Daoyin can achieve the effects of activating qi and blood and dredging meridians,improving temperament,strengthening physical body and regulating the cardiopulmonary circulation,which have been welcomed by the general public.In recent years,TCM Daoyin has gradually become the focus of clinical research and has been widely applied in clinic.In addition,after many years of clinical researches,TCM Daoyin has a unique effect on the prevention and treatment of tumors,as well as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy conditioning.This study reviewed the recent overview of TCM Daoyin and its research progresses in the prevention and treatment of tumors.
