延续护理管理在肺栓塞患者康复中的临床应用

目的研究延续护理管理在肺栓塞患者康复中的临床应用效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年10月-2019年9月医院接收的肺栓塞患者77例分为两组,对照组37例实施常规出院指导,观察组40例实施延续护理管理。将两组的并发症及再发肺栓塞发生率、服药依从性、护理满意度进行比对。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率(5.00%)、再发肺栓塞发生率(2.50%)低于对照组,服药依从性高的比例(62.50%)高于对照组,观察组患者的护理满意度(97.50%)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺栓塞患者康复中实施延续护理管理可降低并发症及再发肺栓塞发生率,提升服药依从性,具有较高的临床应用价值。

The Clinical Application of Continuous Nursing Management in Rehabilitation of Patients With Pulmonary Embolism

Objective To study the clinical application effect of continuous nursing management in the rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary embolism.Methods According to the random number table method,77 patients with pulmonary embolism admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups,37 cases in the control group were given routine discharge guidance,and 40 cases in the observation group were given continuous nursing management.The two groups’complications and recurrent pulmonary embolism incidence,medication compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The incidence of complications(5.00%)and recurrence of pulmonary embolism(2.50%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the rate of medication compliance(62.50%)was higher than that in the control group.Nursing care of the observation group satisfaction(97.50%)was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing management in the rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary embolism can reduce the incidence of complications and recurrent pulmonary embolism,improve medication compliance,and has high clinical application value.
