Abstract:
Objective To explore the optimization strategy of hospital human resource management.Methods The 48 staff of various positions who worked in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the main participants of this research.This research was mainly divided into two phases.The first phase was from January to December 2018,during this period,the hospital mainly adopted conventional methods in the process of carrying out human resource management.The second stage was from January to December 2019.At the beginning of 2019,it is necessary to use retrospective analysis to analyze the development of the hospital's human resource management work in 2018 to find out the existing problems.On this basis,targeted improvements were made to existing related problems.Based on this analysis,the staff's satisfaction with the salary situation and promotion development situation of the hospital in the two years was analyzed.Results Compared with 2018,the staff of the hospital in 2019 had a significant improvement in terms of promotion satisfaction and salary and welfare satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the development of hospital human resource management,the relevant management system needs to be adjusted in real time according to external development and changes,and timely improvements are needed to address existing problems.On this basis,human resource management is actively carried out.The value can be truly reflected,and the employees can truly feel the sense of belonging in the process of working in the hospital.
