Abstract:Objective In this study,the depth of anesthesia and safety of different doses of dezocine were studied and analyzed to determine the best anesthetic dose.Methods The cases selected in this study were all from 60 patients who needed surgical treatment admitted in our hospital from February to December 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.And all consisted of 30 patients.The depth of anesthesia of the two groups of patients at different time points was compared,and the cardiopulmonary function and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients at different time periods were compared.Results OAAS score and narcotrend index:between T3~T4 in observation group and control group,P<0.05;heart rate,respiratory level,SpO2:between T2~T4 in observation group and control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Intraoperative anesthesia with a small dose of dezocine can meet the required depth of anesthesia during the operation,and the cardiopulmonary function is not significantly affected.The incidence of adverse reactions is low.
