| 摘 要： | 采用5种与分化有关的抗体:EMA、CEA、Lys、Actvn、S-100对20例涎腺多形性腺瘤进行免疫组织化学技术观察,结果显示:以上5种抗体均可作为多形性腺瘤诊断检测全面反映的分化表型。

| Abstract: | Five kinds of antibodies, EMA, CEA, Lys, Actin, and S-100, were used to
observe immunohistochemistry in 20 patients with pleomphic acenoma of salivary
glands, Results indicated that all the above antibodies could be used as differentiation
phenotype in diagnosing the disease. |
