疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用

目的　探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法　采用巴德公司充填物及补片对 90例腹股沟疝患者作无张力修补治疗。结果　 90例手术过程均顺利 ,并发尿潴留 8例 ,阴囊积液 1例 ,切口疼痛 4例 ,腹股沟部异物感 7例 ,无切口感染 ,术后随访无复发。结论　疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的手术操作简便 ,损伤少 ,恢复快 ,手术适应证宽 ,并发症少 ,复发率低

The application of tension-free mesh-plug hernioplasty in hernia repair

Objective To approach the clinical effects of tension free mesh plug repair in hernia repair. Methods 90 cases were performed with mesh plug casehardened products, which were manufactured by American Bard Company, from September 1998 to September 2002. Results All the operative procedure were performed smoothly. Postoperative complication: 8 cases of urinary retention, 1 scrotal hydroceles, 4 wound pain, 7 cases feeling of foreign matter in the groin region. No wound infection and recurrence was observed in 90 patients who were followed up. Conclusions Tension free mesh plug repair is easy to be administered, with minor lesion, quicker recovery and lower recurrence, and the operation indication can be widened.
