社区综合护理对肿瘤患者及家属心理状况的影响

目的研究个体、家属、群体相结合的社区综合护理（心理护理、健康教育、康复指导、临终关怀等）对社区肿瘤患者及家属心理状况的影响,探讨适合城市社区肿瘤患者康复的社区综合护理。方法 2008年10月—2009年3月将自愿加入的社区肿瘤患者及家属184对按社区随机分为实验组和对照组各92对实验组进行社区综合护理干预6个月,对照组为传统社区随访,干预前后应用抑郁自评量表Zung分别测定患者及家属的抑郁状况。结果干预6个月后,实验组患者及家属抑郁发生率及抑郁评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论社区综合护理干预能有效改善患者及家属的心理状况,减少抑郁的发生,有助于促进肿瘤人群的社区康复,提高患者及家庭的生活质量。

Effect of comprehensive community care on mental status of cancer patients and their family members

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive community care composed of individuals,families and communities（psychological care,health education,rehabilitation instruction,hospice care,etc.） on the mental status of cancer patients and their family members,and to explore the suitable comprehensive community care for the rehabilitation of urban cancer patients.Methods From October 2008 to March 2009,the volunteer patient/family member dyads were randomly divided into the intervention group（92 dyads,receiving comprehensive community care） and control group（92 dyads,receiving routine community follow-up） according to the community.Zung Self-rating Depression Scale was applied to evaluate the depression status of cancer patients and their family members.Results After 6-month intervention,there were significant differences in incidence of depression and depression scores between the two groups.Conclusion The comprehensive community care can effectively improve the mental status of cancer patients and their family members,thus relieving their depression,enhancing their quality of life,and promoting the patients′ rehabilitation.
