| 摘 要： | 近年来，A医院所处医疗市场发生明显的变化，周边居民数急剧下降，竞争医院蓬勃兴起。为了应对外环境的变化，为了在保持相对稳定的前提下加强医院的内涵建设，医院领导对今后的发展进行了战略性思考，并提出了未来5年的战略发展目标及方案。 |

| Abstract: | Recently, the medical market has a significant change where A hospital locates, such as the decline of the number of residents and the spring up of the hospital competitors.In order to suit for the changes of the external environement and to enhance the internal construction, the managers of this hospital have had a strategic thinking fo rthe development of the hospital, and have set up strategic aims and objectives for next five years. |
