针刺耳穴压豆联合西药治疗突发性耳聋随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺耳穴压豆联合西药治疗突发性耳聋疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将140例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组70例，奥拉西坦15mL＋0．9％氯化钠100mL，1次／d，静滴；舒血宁20mL＋0．9％氯化钠250mL，1次／d，静滴。治疗组70例，针刺和耳穴压豆治疗。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、听力、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]对照组痊愈16例，显效22例，有效19例，无效13例，总有效率为81．43％。治疗组痊愈18例，显效24例，有效13例，无效5例，总有效率为92．86％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]针刺耳穴压豆联合西药治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著，值得临床推广。

[ Conclusion ] Acupuncture and ear bean combined western medicine treatment of sudden deafness curative effect is distinct, worth clinical promotion.
