面瘫汤联合针刺治疗原发性面肌痉挛随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察面瘫汤联合针刺治疗原发性面肌痉挛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将70例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组。对照组35例针刺（取阿是穴、百会、患侧翳风、健侧合谷、太冲，眼周抽搐为主取患侧攒竹、阳白、太阳、承泣，口周抽搐为主取患侧地仓、颊车、迎香、承浆），1寸毫针斜刺0．8～1寸，不施手法，留针20min，1次／d。治疗组35例面瘫汤（防风、羌活各15g，全蝎10g，桔梗15g，制白附子、僵蚕各10g，蜈蚣1条，地龙15g，络石藤、川芎各20g，鸡血藤15g，甘草10g），1剂／d，水煎300mL，早中晚口服；针灸治法同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不艮反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例，有效15例，无效4例，总有效率88．57％。对照组痊愈10例，有效15例，无效10例，总有效率71．43％。治疗组疗效优于对照瓢P〈0．05）。[结论]面瘫汤联合针刺治疗原发性面肌痉挛，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。
