护士长研究方向与发表论文影响因素的调查分析

目的 了解护士长任职后研究方向的变化与其发表论文的影响因素,为采取针对性措施提高其学术水平提供依据.方法 从护理部的资料库中提取101名护士长（含专科科护士长及总护士长）的一般资料,在中国知网与万方数据知识平台中检索护士长以第一作者发表的论文.结果 护士长任职前、后发表论文均以专科护理为主,护理教育类论文较少,护理管理类论文由11.2%提高到26.5%.仅10.9%护士长就某一专题进行了深入研究.不同职称、职务等护士长任职后年人均发文量无差异,但任职后总发文量与任职年限及职务有关（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.结论 护士长任职后研究方向有所改变,但对护理管理与护理教育的关注仍显不足,同时缺乏针对某一专题的系列研究;任职后发表论文量只是简单的年限积累,高职称与高职务护士长较普通护士长年人均发文量并无优势.在研究方向的细分上,护士长应结合自身优势,寻找明确的研究方向,形成自己的研究特色.

Investigation on factors affecting research fields and paper-publishing of chief nurses

Objective To investigate the changes in research fields in chief nurses before their terms and thereafter, and to provide references for improving their academic levels. Methods Totally, general information of 101 chief nurses （including specialist chief nurses and chief head nurses） was retrived from the database of nursing department of Union Hospital, and was analyzed. Then the papers they published as first author were retrived from CNKI and Wangfang Data. Results The papers published by these chief nurses were majorly about specialized nursing care before and after their terms, With only a few about nursing education. Papers a- bout nursing management increased from 11. 2% to 26. 5%. Only 10. 9% chief nurses profoundly investigated a specific topic. Numbers of papers published per year per nurse after their term had no significant differences in nurses with different professional titles or positions; however, the total numbers of papers showed some connection with the length of their term and their positions （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Research fields of chief nurses changed after their term, and they paid less attention to nursing management and education, and they also lacked series studies on a topic. Numbers of published papers are the results of length of service. Chief nurses with higher professional titles and positions did not have an edge over their counterparts in yearly paper-pub- lishing. Chief nurses should fully utilize their advantages to persist in a specific field and form a feature system of their own study.
