田维柱眼针联合温胆汤治疗不寐随机平行对照研究

目的]观察眼针联合温胆汤治疗不寐疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法．将60例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组30例口服温胆汤（30例具体药物及剂量）．100mL／次．3次／d。治疗组30例眼针．选穴．双肾区、双脾区、双肝区。平补平泻，30min／次。1次／d。温胆汤治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、不良反应。治疗1疗程．判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈12例。显效15例．有效2例．无效1例．总有效率96．67％。对照组痊愈7例．显效13例。有效5例．无效5例，总有效率83．33％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。中医症状治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]眼针联合温胆汤治疗不寐效果显著．值得推广。

The control group cured 7 cases, effective in 13 cases, effective 5 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 83.33%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Symptoms of Chinese medicine treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Eye acupuncture combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of insomnia effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
