金黄散外敷治疗发泡性化疗药物导致静脉炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察金黄散治疗发泡性化疗药物导致静脉炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将90例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。两组均连续治疗7d为1疗程。对照组45例康惠尔溃疡贴，覆盖患处，确保与皮肤紧密接触，5～7d更换．情况较为严重．如有组织溃烂物质或者汗液等致使康惠尔溃疡贴贴膜变色需及时更换。治疗组45例金黄散（天花粉5g。姜黄、大黄、黄柏、白芷各2．5g，苍术、厚朴、陈皮、甘草、天南星各1g）。茶叶水调糊，局部外敷，药膏晾干后清水洗净，30min后继续外敷．直至静脉炎改善。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例，显效21例．无效2例．总有效率95．56％。对照组痊愈10例，显效23例。无效12例，总有效率73．33％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。疼痛缓解状况治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．01）。[结论]金黄散粉治疗发泡性化疗药物导致静脉炎效果显著，值得推广。

[ Results ] The treatment group recover 22 cases, 21 cases had marked effect, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.56%. The control group, 10 cases were cured, 23 cases had marked effect, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） .Pain relief in the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] The golden powder to treat phlebitis, foamability chemotherapy drugs can lead to obvious effect, is worth promoting.
