参蛤青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘68例临床观察

[目的]观察参蛤青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，对68例门诊及住院患者予降气平喘、理肺祛痰，参蛤青龙汤（旋覆花、黄芩、炒白果、全瓜蒌、炒杏仁各10g，炙桑白皮、炙麻黄、黄芪、金银花、制僵蚕、全蝎、防风各15g，地龙30g）；1剂／d，水煎300mL，早晚分服。热哮，临床滑数、脉弦数、黏稠不利、痰略色黄、喉中痰鸣如吼、口苦喜冷饮、咽干舌燥、苔黄腻，加葶苈子、炙枇杷叶、胆南星各10g，生石膏15g，鱼腥草30g；寒哮，临床脉浮紧或者弦紧、痰稀色白多泡沫、喉中痰鸣有声、呼吸急促、形寒肢冷、胸闷如塞、舌苔白滑、面晦带青，加细辛6g，五味子、干姜、桂枝各10g；脉细数、痰黏稠咯出较难、舌红少津，加麦冬、海浮石各10g，玉竹、沙参、生蛤壳各20g，太子参30g。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、GM-CSF、IFN-y、IL-4、PEF／（L／S）、FEV1／FVC／％、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效：显效35例，有效25例，无效8例，总有效率88．24％；中医证候积分疗效：显效30例，有效31例，无效7例，总有效率89．71％。[结论]参蛤青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘效果显著，值得推广。
