摘    要:目的:研究中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)消化道内5-羟色胺(5-HT)、生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)和P物质(SP)4种内分泌细胞免疫组织化学的定位。方法:用免疫组织化学ABC法。结果:5-HT细胞在中国林蛙消化道内均有分布,其中以胃贲门部分布密度为最高,胃体次之,空肠为最低;SS细胞从食管到回肠可见其分布,直肠部未见,其中胃体分布密度为最高,回肠部最低;GAS细胞只在十二指肠和空肠两个部位检测到;而SP细胞在整个消化道内未见其分布。结论:中国林蛙消化道这4种内分泌细胞的分布有其自身的特点,不仅与哺乳类和爬行类动物不同,而且在两栖类各品种间也表现出了某种程度的差异性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the immunohistochemical localization of 4 kinds of endocrine cells in the digestive tract of Rana chensinensis.Methods: ABC immunostaining technique was used.Results: 5-HT positive cells distribute throughout the digestive tract.The distribution density was the highest in cardiac part of stomach,followed by the body of stomach and then the jejunum.SS cells distributed throughout the digestive tract except rectum.The distribution density of SS cells was the highest in body of stomach and the lowest in ileum.In addition,GAS cells were observed only in duodenum and jejunum in the digestive tract of Rana chensinensis.SP cell was not found in the digestive tract of Rana chensinensis.Conclusion: The distribution of 4 kinds of endocrine cells in the digestive tract of Rana chensinensis has their own characteristics.They not only differ from those of the endocrine cells of mammals and reptiles, but also differ between Rana chensinensis and other amphibian.
