五苓散治疗杂病探微

五苓散不但能温阳化气利水,而且能健脾袪湿,将滞留过多的水液排出体外,使水液代谢正常。凡是由于脾虚水湿泛滥于肌肤经脉引起的病变,无论男女老少,病变在脏在腑,或在经脉之间,只要病机吻合,方药对证,均有一定的疗效。本方不但可治尿道综合征、慢性腹泻、妇人的慢性盆腔炎,而且还可治小儿遗尿、尿潴留、肾病综合征的水湿浸渍证和慢性肾小球肾炎发展到阳气不足,水湿内停等病证。
