| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非手术治疗异位妊的效果。方法：对２３例异位妊娠患口服米非司酮,２１例异位妊娠患肌注氨甲喋呤,两组同时对照比较观察。结果：米非司酮组成功率为８６．９％（２０／２３）,氨甲喋呤组为８５．９％（１８／２１）,两组无显差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：米非司酮治疗异位妊娠,比氨甲喋呤安全、副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the non-surgically therapeutic effect of mifepristone on heterotopic pregnancy.Methods:All the cases of heterotopic pregnancy were divided into the test group and the control group at first and then the test group (23 cases) were orally given mifepristone while the control group(21 cases) were injected methotrexate. The therapeutic effects in two groups were finally compared. Results: The successful rate in the mifepristone group(the test group) reaches 86.9%(20/2 3) while that in the methotrexate group(control group)85.9%(18/21). The slight difference of therapeutic effects between two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone is a convenient and safe medicine with few side effects in the non-surgical treatment of heterotopic pregnancy. |
