住院死亡病人多死因统计分析

讨论在医院统计中应用多死因统计分析的需要和可能。方法采用人口学家Ｍａｎｔｏｎ,Ｋ．Ｇ．１９７６年提出的致死疾病衰退模式对本院１９８８年－１９９８年共１０２４例死亡病例进行多死因顺位分析。结果同一资料采用两种方法进行死因顺位统计顺位有差异。结论单死因统计在估计社会卫生问题时可出现偏差。

A Statistical Analysis of Multiple Causes of Death of Inpatient

Objective To discuss the necessity and probability of statistical analysis of multiple causes of death in hospital statistics. Methods With the mode of disease fail initiated by the demographer Manton, K.G. in 1976, the order of multiple causes of death of 1024 inpatients from 1988 to 1998 in our hospital was analyzed.Results Two methods (single cause of death and multiple causes of death) were employed to analyze the same data and the results showed that there existed differences in ordinal analysis of causes of death. Conclusion There were deviations in the estimation of social health problems with the statistical analysis of the single cause of death .
