| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍OT球帽状附着体固位型活动义齿的设计，制作方法，评价其临床效果。方法 采用OT球帽状附着体为15例患者设计制作18件义齿。结果 最长者经2年零6个月观察。临床效果良好。结论 患者戴用该义龄后，咀嚼功能良好。摘戴方便，美观舒适，基牙无病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To intrduce the design and construction method of OT-CAP system attachment retained removable denture.Methods 18 pieces removable dentures with OT-CAP attachments were made for 15 patients. Results The OT-CAP attachment retained removable dentures were proved by more than 2 years follow-up to be convenient,comfortable,stable,with good look and function in all the patients.Conclusion The OT-CAP system attachment is feasible for removable denture. |
